Your Pay Rate
Bartenders:
$20/hour plus tips/gratuity
Tips may come from a jar, digital codes, pooled gratuity, or prepaid host gratuity depending on the event.
Barbacks / Servers:
$30–35/hour
Gratuity is included in this rate, and they are not required to be tipped out by bartenders.
*Tips from multi-bartender events will be pooled and split evenly.
Time Expectations & Punctuality
No need to track hours or punch a clock — your pay is based on contracted time, which includes:
Event time + 1 hour for setup + 30 minutes for breakdown.
If you need to stay longer, just let us know — unapproved extra time won’t be paid.
If you’re running late, call someone.

Arriving more than 10 minutes late without notice will result in a 20% reduction in your contracted pay.
We get it, life happens. But excessive tardiness will not be tolerated, and you will not be staffed.
Show up on time and keep us in the loop and you’ll stay in good standing.
